Bobo Choses honors sports idols
The spanish brand (growing faster than ever) comes this spring with a special collection dedicated to several sports legends.
It goes with the philosophy of BOBO CHOSES : colorful, quirky and graphic. The brand plays with children's way of living and follows a certain vision of brave, dreamy and tough kids. They keep on dreaming no matter what and that's what athletes do. The collection called A LEGEND is full of of clothes for babies, toddlers and children featuring relaxed sportswear inspired silhouettes, often in organic cotton, including vest tops, t-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses, midi length skirts and running shorts.
From Moses Tanui (first athlete to run a half marathon in less than one hour) to Eric Moussambani (non professionnal swimmer winning the Olympics), this new collection has been “dedicated to all those caring, brave, frightened and tenacious kids that shine with special light of their own”. There is also Gino Bartali (a champion road cyclist recognised as a Righteous Among the Nations by Yad Vashem for his efforts to aid Jews during World War II) and the famous tennisman John McEnroe. Each look is inspired by a specific sport, keeping in mind that comfortable and loose-fit are the key words : tennis racket patterns, clay colored clothes, wavy swimsuits or playful shorts.
Also, like each season, the petit book called BOBO CHOSES SS17, A LEGEND tells the story of those athletes "and many others who shined with a different and special light of their own"
